The two-hour program
Two hours, one circle. Real work, real relationships.
Half a day. Up to eight circles running at once. Everyone leaves having built something.
Open and introductions
Welcome, brief introductions, and a shared start.
Understand the challenge
Solvers work with a Facilitator and AI Driver to surface what they know, have experienced, and think might work. The AI Driver brings input from an AI chatbot, while the group captures its thinking in a shared document.
Shape the Challenge Brief
Solvers review and discuss the shared document, refining the challenge into a solvable chunk. AI synthesizes the result into a Challenge Brief.
Build the solution
Solvers work with the AI Driver and an AI coding tool to prepare a Solution Brief and a first pass at a working prototype.
Package the work
Solvers use build tools to create a shareable document, deck, or webpage alongside their prototype—ready to share and demo.
