Peer Support Groups
A room where you can say the things you can't say anywhere else
A small group of other founders who actually get it. Meeting regularly. No agenda.
There are people in your life who love you and want you to succeed. They are also the last people you should talk to about the tricky stuff.
Your investors are evaluating you. Your employees are watching you. Your family is worried. Your advisors have opinions shaped by their own experience. And so the real questions - the half-formed doubts, the decisions you’re not sure about, the moments where you wonder if you’re the only one who feels this way — don’t get asked out loud.
They just accumulate.
FoundersGuild Peer Support Groups exist to change that.
What they are
A small, consistent circle of founders - matched by the Guild based on stage, venture type, and fit - meeting regularly to talk honestly about what’s actually hard.
No investors. No employees. No one with something to gain or lose based on how you’re doing. Just peers who understand what you’re carrying because they’re carrying something similar.
What you might leave with: a referral, an idea, a perspective you didn’t expect, an accountability partner, or simply the relief of having said something out loud to people who get it.
How they work
The Guild does the matching. You show up.
Once you’re placed, we give you everything you need to hit the ground running:
- a recommended meeting cadence
- a draft charter to establish ground rules and shared purpose
- a structured agenda for your first few sessions
- a series of trust-building exercises designed to accelerate the chemistry that makes a group like this work
Each meeting follows a simple pattern: every member brings a question, a problem, or an idea. The group responds honestly. No performance required.
