Collaboration

Your next collaborators might already be in the Guild.

The right help, in the right form, at the right stage.

Collaboration

Every founder hits moments where they need something they don't have. A technical opinion. A second set of eyes on a pitch. Someone who's done this before and will tell you the truth.

What you need changes depending on where you are. Early on, maybe it's a brainstorming partner or someone to pressure-test an idea. Later, a fractional specialist, a project-based hire, or someone who believes in what you're building enough to work toward something bigger together.

The Guild doesn't define what collaborative relationships look like. You do.

What collaboration looks like in the Guild

Joint projects. Concept validation. User testing. Introductions. Feedback. Fractional engagements. Deferred compensation. Resource sharing. Volunteer time. Someone who gets what you're trying to do and wants to help you get there - on terms that make sense for where you both are.

Maybe you'll find a cofounder. It's happened.

How it works

Guild profiles go deeper than LinkedIn - skills, experience, what you're building, what you need. Follow people and projects. Message anyone directly. Volunteer to help with something specific, or invite others to help with yours.

You decide who gets access and what role they play. The Guild offers private collaboration spaces - discussion threads and shared document rooms — included for every venture or personal project you create.
